A: 5 Points Towing is capable of lifting all 4 of your wheels off the ground with our conventional tow truck, however we can more easily load an all wheel drive vehicle on our flatbed truck.

A: It depends on the model. Most manufactures say yes, for a limited speed and distance.

Q: Is towing rough on my car?
A: No, quite the opposite. Since we support your car with its own tires, it rides on your own suspension. The tow truck’s suspension absorbs most of the bumps.

A: Yes. Our drivers begin by receiving a week of intensive specialized training, then they are teamed with an experienced driver on the job until able to perform every aspect of the job with competence.

Q: Can you unlock my car with electric locks or side-impact airbags?
A: Yes. We thoroughly train our drivers, and they carry an ever increasing array of vehicle unlocking tools. NEVER let an untrained person attempt to unlock your vehicle! They will most likely break the fragile inner mechanisms of your door.
